Watch these four videos and be ready to tell your coaches what's going on. Think about low, balanced inrun positions, good take-off direction, and keeping things locked up in the air. If you can tell your coaches which of the four jumpers won gold medals at the last Olympics, you'll win a prize. And it'll most likely be a bag of BBQ flavored Fritos, mailed directly to your house.
