The springer tournee is in the books with Nate Capone pulling in a win for the east on the k64 in the open class. For our j2 boys there was a strong showing with Luke Daniels in 15th, Miles Lussi 16th, and Matt Doyle 23rd out of 28 competitors. Boys are hoping for some longer jumps on Friday to put them in the top ten. Annie Frenette put to solid jumps in and placed 11th in the girls class.
The k90 comp was a little trickier with constant wind holds due to head wind and tail wind switching back and forth during both rounds. Starting with the ladies class Nina Lussi had two respectable jumps and placed 8th out of 18, looking for her to crack the top 5 in Nats on Friday.
The winner in the boys class was our 2010 Olympian Peter Frenette followed by Andrew Bliss in 15th, Cooper Dodds in 18th, Colin Delaney 19th, Nick Fairall 29th, Spencer Knickerbocker 33rd, and Zach Daniels 36th out of 56 boys.
